The government laid out a Rs 120 crore plan to build toilets for 55,000 households under the Swachh Bharat scheme with a Puducherry collector offering free Kabali movie tickets for the Sellipet Panchayat residents for using public toilets.
Kiran Bedi, in her tweets requested Rajnikanth to become the brand ambassador for Puducherry.
